Notes of Wine Tasting
White creamy with a small amount of foam. Fine pearliness. Pale
intense yellow colour. Fully developed, fruited and floral bouquet
with fragrance of banana and lemon on a pronounced fragrance of
sun-dried mushrooms.
Dry, fresh, complex taste with flavour of
almond.
Accompaniments:
Fish cooked au gratin. Fish baked in foil either or in the oven
accompanied by a strong sauce. Neapolitan fish soup; Leghorn
Mullet; Cuttlefish risotto; Clam sautè; Sweet and sour capon salad.
